Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, please email or call us at commandes@branchedolivier.com.


If your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait until you receive it, then email or call us and ask for a return authorization number. After, you will be able to ship us back the product(s).

If your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait until you receive it, then email or call us and ask for a return authorization number. After, you will be able to ship us back the product(s).


You have 10 days following the reception date to ask for a return and refund. Products have to be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Some products like cosmetics for example cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, especially when the product is not sealed.



To return your order (partially or completely), email or call us at commandes@branchedolivier.com.

to obtain a return authorization number and to specify which product(s) you are returning. Further instructions will be provided.


The refund will be effective on your credit card or PayPal account within 3 business days following the reception of your returned products and inspection by a dedicated Branche d’olivier staff member. Refund is effective on the paid value of the products including taxes, minus shipping fees.


We redouble our efforts to ensure that your shopping experience is impeccable, right up until you open your Avril package. However, should an incident occur (breakage, error or other), please send us details and photos via email at info@branchedolivier.com so that our customer service team can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
